This document, together with our Privacy Policy and other documents published on the site, constitute a binding agreement between you (the customer) and Mar de Marías Swimwear , owned by María Angélica Moreno Durán .

By making a purchase, the customer accepts these Terms and agrees to provide accurate personal information and valid payment details. All information will be treated under our Privacy Policy and in accordance with Colombian law.

3. Availability

We sell and ship nationally and internationally .
Manufacturing and shipping times may vary depending on the customer's location, order volume, and season.

Estimated times:

  • Manufacturing: between 5 to 7 business days

  • National shipping: 2 to 6 business days , depending on the city or municipality

  • International shipping: subject to the conditions of the logistics operator and destination country

During promotions or peak seasons, delivery times may be extended by an additional 3 to 7 business days .

4. Orders

Orders are placed directly on our website.
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with a summary of your purchase (this does not yet imply acceptance). Acceptance is formalized once the product is shipped, and you will receive a second email with the tracking number.

5. Product availability

All products shown are available unless otherwise stated.
If a product cannot be shipped due to a lack of inventory or supplies, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

Important:
Products on sale or at a reduced price cannot be exchanged or returned .

6. Prices and payments

  • All prices are in Colombian pesos (COP) .

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

  • Prices do not include taxes or shipping costs, which are calculated at checkout.

  • For international orders, Mar de Marías Swimwear does not cover any customs taxes or additional fees that may arise at the destination.

7. Shipments

Manufacturing times begin the next business day after payment is confirmed.
Once manufactured, it is shipped by carrier. Delivery time depends on the destination and may vary.

We are not responsible for carrier delays, delivery errors, or specific dates requested by the customer.

8. Changes and returns

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving the product, provided that:

  • The garment has not been worn, washed, or altered

  • Keep your labels, packaging and original condition

  • These are not promotional or personalized products.

Returns are NOT accepted if:

  • The product was ordered in the wrong size or color by the customer

  • More than 2 business days have passed since delivery without notification

  • The original packaging is damaged or missing

  • The product was used or washed improperly

9. Process of changes or returns

If the product has a manufacturing defect or you received the wrong model/size, we'll cover the cost of the exchange. You must send it using Envía or Inter Rapidísimo , using cash on delivery . If you use another shipping method, the cost will be your responsibility.

10. Refunds

Once we receive your return, the refund may take between 3 to 7 business days , depending on the payment method.

  • Credit cards: the money will be reflected according to the issuing bank's timing.

  • Other methods: You will be informed via email or WhatsApp how and when the refund will be made.

11. Jurisdiction

All services and transactions of Mar de Marías Swimwear are governed by the current legislation of the Republic of Colombia .

Use of the site and purchases imply full acceptance of these terms.
